A kitten is like a child and needs a lot of love and care attention, specifically when they are young. Socialization depends on the time spend with the kitten from a very young age.
At that very young age all is subject to exploration and it is important to preserve a kitten from any unknown danger to them: like chewing electric wires, or swallowing dangerous substance.
It is essential that the kitten knows where its litter is and have easy access to it. If the kitten is left wandering in a big house, it is necessary to provide several litter boxes around the house, like that it is not lost and doesn't have to go to far to relieve itself.
Feed your kitten three times a day and do not leave wet food for more than 3 hours outside (keep it in the fridge if the kitten has not eaten all of it.) Provide fresh water (filtered) and keep the food safe from anything that might spoil it (like ants - put the container in water).
